The cops of Tamil Nadu have been in the news consecutively, but for all wrong reasons. After videos of a drunk lady cop in uniform and the daughter of an IPS officer threatening a traffic constable goes viral, now it’s the police excess in Chennai. A disturbing visual shows the cops trying to break the hands of a youngster for not wearing a helmet and riding triples.
