230 kgs of Ganja smuggled into Coimbatore from Andhra seized

Coimbatore: Police today seized about 230 KGs of Ganja from two persons travelling in a four wheeler at Chinniyampalayam here.
The seizure was made during a vehicle check, following information that ganja is being smuggled into the city from Andhra Pradesh, police carried out a search in a jeep and found ganja packed in small sachets, police said.
Two persons in the vehicle, Murugan and Vanaraj were arrested and further interrogation is on to find out the destination and source of supply, they said.
