Candle light tribute to George Floyd

Coimbatore : Candle light tribute was paid to George Floyd, who was killed by American police, by Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhakam
(TPDK) and other like-minded organisations, here today.
Even as outrage and unrest over the death was seen across America and some other Countriest, TPDK chose to pay tribute by lighting candle
at their office in the city.
TPDK General Secretary K. Ramakrishnan led the tribute, with the banner reading “Dalit and Muslim lives matter too. Commemoration Black lives matter”
