Infant tested positive for swine flu

A seven-month old girl has been admitted to the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital here, with signs of swine flu.
The girl, hailing from Erode, was suffering from fever for the last few days
and was brought to the hospital in the early hours of today.
As she was later tested positive for swine flu, she was admitted to the special ward and was undergoing treatment, hospital sources said.
Similarly a 38-year old man was also shifted from a private hospital to the CMCH after ge was tested positive for swine flu.
A total of eight patients are undergoing treatment for swine flu in the hospital, the sources said.
