Now you can get your house spotlessly cleaned without engaging a regular maid. ‘Ever Clean Facility Services Pvt Ltd’ offers cleaning solutions using German equipment with minimum of manual labour.

When six entrepreneurial efforts of M. Vignesh and S. Anand Kumar failed, they started this cleaning solution business two years ago as their seventh attempt with much optimism. And, this did not fail them.

With domestic helps demanding high wages for poor quality of work, Vignesh and Anand were able to get a good market for their business. People chose to use their service once a week for getting their house cleaned.

Covai Post spotted a group of youngsters, all clad in uniform, busy working at a house in a residential locality in the city. Anand said: “Every failure is a stepping stone to success. I burnt my fingers in all my earlier six attempts – an Audio Recording Studio in Trichy in 2002, Organic Food Production Unit, weaving plastic baskets using 3,000 visually impaired persons, printing, online marketing of apparels, etc.”

“Ever Clean Facility Services Pvt Ltd, which was launched in 2012 started to pick up as we got good clients from posh areas, ” he said adding that there was good response to their services since they used German imported equipment for cleaning. Manual work constituted only a small portion.

There are as many as 25 staff, including 12 women, who are well trained in the process of cleaning. As of now they concentrate on domestic customers only, whom they get through word of mouth. The company has nearly 250 clients, who use the service on a need basis.

A four-member group is deputed to each residence, where they take at least six hours to clean the entire house and the charge is between Re. 1 and Rs. 5 per sq. ft. based on the area.

The duo Vignesh and Anand Kumar plan to get ISO Certification for their ‘Ever Clean Facility Services Pvt Ltd’.

They say that they ensure s personalised and dedicated service at competitive price to the satisfaction of their customers.

While Vignesh is Director (Operations Manager) for the company, coordinating with the team in giving the best result, Anand is Director (Facility Manager), who is in charge of business planning and creative work.
