Nivasan Hospitality Services, a division of Nivasan Homes has launched Advaya – an integrated and premium senior living community near CODISSIA – Thanneer Pandal Road.

This is Coimbatore’s first exclusive lease-based senior living community, designed to meet the evolving lifestyle and care needs of seniors while allowing them to retain their independence.

The project has 48 single-bed studio apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments. These are senior-friendly apartments with step-free access, grab rails, emergency response systems, wide doorways, anti-skid flooring, 24/7 power supply, wheelchair accessibility .

The community combines 24/7 nursing support, on-call doctor access, chef-prepared pure vegetarian meals, and complete housekeeping and maintenance services, creating a seamless and worry-free living environment. Seniors can enjoy daily routines without the burden of managing household responsibilities.

The project focuses on giving a total peace of mind to the residents and their children abroad.A greenish park, a dedicated meditation hall, a library, an indoor auditorium, dining hall and other common amenities are provided. The project is designed to ensure the residents’ physical, emotional and mental wellness.

When the family members of the residents pay a visit, they can spend time with them, and also take accommodation at a specially designated guest house.It is important to mention that Nivasan Hospitality has tied with PSG Hospitals and Sethu Ayurveda Speciality Hospital to provide medical assistance to residents.

They will also have access to yoga and fitness sessions, physiotherapy support, meditation, hobby spaces, indoor recreation areas, and landscaped outdoor zones.Those above 55 years of age can become residents of Advaya.
