Q2-FY26 Business Highlights:

Declared an interim dividend of INR 2/- per share (200%) for the financial year 2025-26. The same will be paid to the members/beneficial owners, whose name appear in the register of members/register of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on the record date i.e., 14th November, 2025.

Pricol received the Innovation & Technology Excellence Award at the Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Limited (TMPVL) & Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited (TPEML) Annual Supplier Conference 2025.

Pricol received the Hero Innovation Award at the Global Supplier Meet 2025 for commitment to developing smarter solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Pricol received the Supplier Excellence Recognition 2025 award from Caterpillar Inc. (USA) for exceptional work on the Caterpillar LPSD Water Pumps Project, highlighting quality, timely delivery, and innovative solutions.
Team CME Fortuners from Pricol’s Corporate – Manufacturing Engineering division received the Platinum Award at the 06th Edition of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Technology Competition 2025 in the Kaizen category for their innovative project “Auto Tell-tale ROI Teaching Using AI,” competing with 145 teams nationwide.

Pricol and its subsidiary (P3L), have won multiple Gold Awards from prestigious industry forums such as the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA).
