If you are in Coimbatore during this weekend and wondering what to do on the weekend, we suggest that you tour the parties that are all set to rock the city over the next 48 hours. Give movies and long drives a break and groove in, let your hair down, and sway to the tunes of the DJ!

The Hangover Party begins at 3 PM on February 6 at Gokulam Park on Avinashi Road Coimbatore. DJ Royal will open the dance floor. DJ Blood Moon, DJ M Drug, and DJ Ray are also expected to perform. Walk in before 5 pm with your partner for free as entry for couples on the guest list of the organizers is free till 5 pm. It is also free for girls. Post 5 pm, charges will apply for stags and couples.

If you like the party to start late, Bike & Barrel at the Residency Towers is where you must be. Every weekend, the guests are entertained by the in-house DJs and special invitees. This weekend too, expect the best of music, dance and some great food. WXYZ Bar in Aloft Hotel is also encouraging party lovers. If you wish to say cheers to good times and enjoy music with a friend or your partner for company, this place will never disappoint you. WXYZ Bar is open on the weekdays and the weekends.

On Sunday, February 7, Trooperz 1 is organizing the Cosmo Noon bash. Single men will not be allowed, so make sure that your partner accompanies you. DJ G. Gauti will spin some EDM & BDM Beats. The organizers have promised to allow the first 25 couples on their guest list to walk in for free. All other couples will be charged. The five-hour-long party starts at 2 pm.

With interesting parties lined up this weekend, party lovers are sure an excited lot. “Finally the party scene in Coimbatore is catching up. I will not miss any of the parties this weekend,” Rohit S says. Seconding him is his friend who has called off plans to visit his cousins in Ooty. “I have invited my cousins to Coimbatore and they too are all excited. Our mantra is the more the merrier the party will be,” Anish Sharma says.

So, if you like to work hard and party harder, don’t miss the opportunity this weekend.
