IGNOU extends admissions for July 2018 session till August 31

There is good news for the students who could not apply for the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) admissions earlier.

Yes, IGNOU has extended the last date of submitting online admission forms for Bachelors, Master Degree and selected PG Diplomas programmes for the July 2018 session till August 31, 2018.

The candidates can also check the details of the academic programmes on the official website of the university — onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/admission.

Check the steps to register:

Step 1: Click on “LOGIN” button from the homepage of the online admission system and then login with your Username and password.

Step 2: Fill personal details, programme details, qualification details, course details, and correspondence details.

What to remember while filling qualification details:

If your subjects are different than the subjects mentioned; click the “OTHERS” check box

For those with qualification of graduation and above, in the field “Board Code” select “9999”

Step 3: Upload Scanned Documents, which include:

Scanned Photograph
Scanned Signature
Scanned copy of Age Proof
Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification
Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any)
Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC
Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line
Note: All the documents should be less than 100 KB.

Step 4: Pay your fee through debit/credit card or net banking

Note:

Once you have uploaded the document and click the “NEXT” button you will get the Form Preview option.

Save/Print your form for future reference.
