KEAM 2018 Admit Card to Release on April 10; Download @ www.cee-kerala.org

The Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala will issue the Admit card for KEAM 2018 on April 10 in the online mode. Candidates can easily download their admit card by logging-in to their respective accounts using their Application Number and Password and clicking on the ‘Admit Card’ link provided in the home page of the candidate’s portal.

However, CEE does not send any KEAM admit cards by post. But, CEE does provide service at various Facilitation Centres across the state. Candidates can download and print their respective Admit cards from these centres if they wish to.

How to download KEAM Admit Card?

To download the admit card for KEAM 2018, students simply need to go to the KEAM official website. And enter their login details, i.e., Application number and Date of birth following which your admit card will appear on screen.

The first thing that candidates must ensure is that all the details printed on the admit card are correct. In case, there is any error in the admit card, one must immediately notify the concerned authorities. Download the admit card and print out two copies for yourself. You will need the admit card in order to appear for the exam.

KEAM Exam Pattern

KEAM 2018 exam will be conducted in offline mode. There will be two papers held for a total duration of 5 hours, i.e. two and half hour for each paper. Each paper will contain 120 objective type questions. As per the marking scheme, four marks will be awarded for correct response and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

About KEAM 2018

KEAM, or Kerala Engineering, Agriculture, Medical Exam, is a state level entrance exam for admission to 59,000 B.Tech seats offered across 365 participating engineering institutes in the state of Kerala. The exam is scheduled for April 23 and 24. CEE will conduct KEAM exam for admission to only Engineering Courses offered by various institutes in the state of Kerala. The exam will not be held for admission into Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical & Allied courses.

Candidates who wish to seek admission into Pharmacy course will have to appear for and qualify in Paper-I of the KEAM which consists of Physics and Chemistry, to be eligible for admission. Candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course need to appear for and qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture, or NATA 2018, which will be conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA). While, those who wish to seek admission into any Medical and Allied courses will have to qualify the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test or NEET UG 2018, which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
