With the lorry strike continuing for the second day, tonnes of vegetables including carrots, beetroots and potatoes grown in Ooty are getting stagnated for lack of means to transport them to markets in various parts of the country. And, this is the case for vegetables which are supposed to be supplied to Ooty too.
