After Jalikattu was banned by the Supreme Court in 2014, TN did not let go of the traditional bull taming sport that it believes is synonymous to it’s culture. After massive protests to revoke the ban, Jalikkattu is being organised every year with fervour and enthusiasm in the textile city.
