The recent incident of a pregnant woman dying of complications when her delivery was done at home by her husband with the help of YouTube videos has brought home the unnecessary risks taken by some out of ignorance and over enthusiasm.When even the doctors fear last minute complications at the time of delivery in spite of their medical knowledge, experience and emergency facilities available at hand, how can people take such risks by opting for a home delivery?
