Krishnampathy lake in Coimbatore is infamous for being the most polluted lake in the city. Sewage from three channels are discharged into the lake. Construction debris is dumped all through the day. Pelican , Grey Heron, Painted Storks and White Chested Kingfisher are the frequent visitors to this lake.
