Village gets electricity 70 years after independence

After a long drawn struggle Doomanoor a tribal village near Coimbatore, has never seen light after dusk for the first time ever. AIADMK MLA Aarukutty joined the tribals in celebrating the occasion with a jig. The village has got power now after 70 years of Indian independence.
