Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com recommends buying Capital First and advises staying long in Indiabulls Real Estate.

Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com told CNBC-TV18, “I would say that there is still a possibility that you can at least play long today on some individual stocks like Capital First which I feel is actually going to retest its recent high around Rs 527. I have kept that as my target and my stop is below Rs 487.”

“The other stock that I am choosing is Hero MotoCorp . It is showing a bit of a momentum. Probably, we are going to see a re-test of Rs 3,000 or levels close to that; Rs 2,976 and Rs 2,998 are the two targets that I have and have put a stop loss below Rs 2,920. My senses are telling me that maybe in the second half we have to close this long positions because in the second half, the Nifty might slide below the 7,900 because the Put premiums as well as the Call writing spree still continues at 7,900 and 8,000 Call.

So that tells me that things are not as rosy as people might put it to be,” he said. “Since Indiabulls Real Estate is posting a new recent high, you can continue to stay long because it is at Rs 88. However, at current prices, I would not recommend a fresh buy because the level that would have given me some comfort to buy would have been Rs 83 to Rs 85 kind of range with a stop below Rs 80 but that is not the price at the moment. So, you carry on with a stop loss below Rs 83.50.”

“For Sun TV has been a stellar performer in the day’s session. So if you have already gone long then carry on with the positions but fresh buying is not warranted at current level because it is too pricy and already before today it has been rising for the last five or six trading sessions.”
