If you are one of those applicants who did not succeed in DDA’s Housing Scheme 2014, time to reflect the positive mood and go gaga now.
This is because Delhi Development Authority has taken a new step to compensate your disappointment with its new exciting housing scheme offer. The authority is expected to issue another new housing scheme by the end of 2016.
As compared to the previous scheme announced in 2014, this one is comparatively much greater and exciting. So to say, the new housing scheme will include more than 60,000 projects for Delhiites.
DDA Housing Scheme 2014 offered just 25,000 residential flats, 22,000 of which were of 1 BHK type.
If the report is to be believed, the new rolled out housing scheme is the biggest ever launch by the DDA authority.
Moreover, the housing scheme will also tailor specifications of the under-construction flats into modern changeover. The modified flats will have facilities of world-class standards to ensure more comforts for the residents.
The DDA officials said construction of 20,000 residential flats has already been done. This means, another 40,000 residential flats are awaiting their final completion.
To the officials, these under-construction flats are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016.
The locations selected for the flats are:
Narela
Dwarka
Rohini
Kalkaji
Vasant Kunj
Sheikh Sarai,
Defence Colony
Out of Narela and Dwarka, Rohini is the most highly prioritized location for the residential flats.
Type of the flats:
Mostly I BHK meant for those buyers coming from EWS (economically weaker section) category.
Besides I BHK flats, the construction of large number of flats ranging from 2 BHK to 3 BHK is also in pipeline, as informed by the DDA officials.
