Action against Tirupur corporation worker using fake certificate to gain promotion

Chandrasekhar who was working on contract basis in Tirupur Corporation submitted fake educational certificate and gained promotion as engineer. He was later suspended. Meanwhile a complaint was filed by Kanagaraj of Tirupur with the Commissioner of police to take action against him for cheating the government. As no action was taken, a case was filed at the Chennai High Court. Following this, the court has ordered that a case be filed against Chandrasekhar and action taken.
