Covai witnesses partial solar eclipse with a ring of fire

A rare astronomical occurrence took place today and people across the country witnessed the annual solar eclipse that appeared with a ring of fire using special glasses. Although, only 30 percent was visible in Coimbatore whereas other parts of India witnessed varying percentages of the eclipse.
