District collector K Rajamani speaks on cancer awareness

Coimbatore District Collector K Rajamani said that although medicine has improved to the extent of curing cancer, there is not enough awareness among the people to deal with it mentally. Awareness program for the general public was held at the Gem Hospital, Coimbatore on the eve of World Cancer Day. District Collector K Rajamani attended the event and inaugurated the Cancer Special Center.
