EB officers arrested for taking bribe

Two EB officers from TNEB, Vadamadurai were arrested by the vigilance officers for soliciting bribe from a consumer who wanted a new electrical connection to his factory. Following the complaint of the consumer, vigilance officers lay in wait and nabbed the EB officers when they took the bribe amount. Further to this, their residences are also being searched.
