Elephant rejuvenation camp to begin tomorrow at Thekkampatti

Elephants from various temples in the State and Puducherry have started arriving for the 48-day long rejuvenation camp organised by the State Government that will begin at Thekkampatti along the banks of Bhavani river in Mettupalayam on Thursday.
The first to arrive were Abirami from Thirukadaiyur and Abilambal from Mayiladuthurai temples. Elephants from other temples and mutts are expected reach by Wednesday night.
