Flower merchant kidnapped for a ransom of Rs 50 lakhs

Vishnuraj , a flower merchant in Coimbatore was kidnapped on June 30 and a ransom of Rs.50 lakhs was demanded for his release. The kidnappers later attacked him and threw him out of a moving vehicle. Traders Association head Vikramraja who visited him at the hospital condemned the kidnapping and said that kidnapping of traders is becoming a regular occurrence.
