Gold smuggler nabbed in Coimbatore airport

On receiving a tip off about gold being smuggled , revenue intelligence department conducted searches on the passengers of the Air Arabia flight from Sharjah and confiscated a metal article in the shape of a potato. It was found to be gold worth Rs.One crore and fifteen lakhs weighing 3.6 kg.
