Sanitary worker falls into septic tank and dies

Mahendran, a sanitary worker from R.S.Puram Coimbatore slipped and fell into a septic tank he was cleaning at a residence in 100 feet road, Coimbatore. Though he was pulled out immediately, he succumbed to the poisonous fumes he inhaled in the septic tank and died.
