Sellakkarichal farmers petition against south by-pass road

In the farmers grievance meeting at the Coimbatore collectorate, Sellakkarichal farmers petitioned against the south by-pass road which would pass through their area and compromise around 800 acres of agricultural land. It is said that Coimbatore district collector Hariharan would arrange a meeting of farmers , MLAs and MPs and resolve the issue.
