Tipplers lie on road, disrupt traffic

A video where a drunk barotta master and AC mechanic lie on the road disrupting traffic in Saibaba Colony, has gone viral. The tipplers were intercepted by the cops during checks. Angered that the cops had registered a drunken driving case on them, they lay on the road disrupting traffic.
