Corporation Bank wins two SKOCH awards

Corporation Bank won two SKOCH awards for its Mudra performance in 2017. Bank General Manager D V Subramanya Varma received the award.
The awards were for Mudra performance – 2017 and A Road Map to be Best in Insurance Penetration were distributed by Mudra CEO Jiji Mammen.
Corporation Bank has been offering extensive services under the Prime Minister’s Mudra Yojana. According to a statement from the bank, all loans under Mudra Yojana are collateral free loans and the bank has also extended concession in interest rate to women beneficiaries.
The bank has also signed MoU with LIC of India for PMJJBY, a social security scheme of the Centre to ensure better insurance penetration.
