Actor Dileep would file a bail application petition in the Kerala High Court once again on Wednesday. The court had earlier rejected his earlier applications in a case related to abduction and assault of a female actor in a moving car in Kochi on February 17, after the prosecution submitted that the actor may influence the witnesses once out of jail.

This would be Dileep’s last attempt to get a reprieve as once the charge sheet is filed, he would be kept inside prison as under trial prisoner.

This time, Dileep’s counsel might argue that the investigation was over and that he had followed all orders issued to during the two-hour parole to perform the rituals on his father’s death anniversary.

However, police is likely to claim that the probe is still half-way as Dileep’s friend Nadirsha (who has been evading the police) is yet to be interrogated. Also police have found a few pages from the visitors’ book in Dileep’s wife Kavya Madhavan’s house before and after the actor’s abduction.

Also, the prime accused in the case, Pulsar Suni, has claimed to have collected Rs. 25,000 from Nadirsha as directed by Dileep at Thodupuzha during the shooting of Kattapanayile Ritik Roshan produced by Dileep, who would complete 90 days in jail on October 16 (before which police is likely to file charge sheet).
