Coimbatore : A meeting of Opposition parties and organisations today condemned the alleged indecent remarks made by BJP national secretary H Raja against DMK leader M Karunanidhi and his daughter and blamed the State Government for allowing him to go scot-free, without being arrested.

The meeting originally convened to chalk out the strategy for the statewide human chain on April 23 against non-constitution of the Cauvery Management Board, chose the platform to condemn Raja for his tweet.

A resolution said Raja, who was time and again making unwanted statements and also attempting to incite communal hatred, was not arrested and should have been behind the bars already.
