The Schools of Management of Sri Krishna College of Engineering & Technology (SKCET) and Sri Krishna College of Technology (SKCT) jointly organized ‘India Inc. CEO Conclave 2024’ at the Convention Centre of SKCET on Monday.

The Conclave was held on the theme, ‘Making Yourself Relevant Always: Insights from a CEO’s Diary for a Bright Future’. S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee, Sri Krishna Institutions presided over.

Dr. Jairam Varadaraj, Managing Director of ELGI Equipment Ltd., participated as the Chief Guest and delivered the Keynote address in the presence of K.Aditya, Trustee; Dr.K.Sundararaman, CEO, Sri Krishna Institutions and Dr.C.N.Narayana,Director- School of Management, Sri Krishna Institutions.

While delivering the Keynote address, Dr.Jairam Varadaraj said that the infrastructure of Indian companies should be as good as large Multi National Companies. He expressed that Indian companies should develop their infrastructure and make use of the global opportunities. Indian companies need to become significant players in the global market, and pave for India’s development, he opined.

The products Indian companies manufacture should not only satisfy the stakeholders but also the societal needs and expectations. He wanted Management Students to have big aspirations, develop their skills and build strong organizations for India’s growth.

Following this several panel discussions were held. Dr. Jairam and Krish Venkat from Anantha Global discussed the theme of ‘Shaping the future: Trends, Insights for tomorrow’.

Dr. Anita Kshetri, the Founder of Whizz Confectionery LLP, Pune and Utkarsh Dabhade, the Founder & CEO of Goa Miles in Goa & Mumbai, discussed on ‘Breaking Barriers, Empowering Women to Lead, and Digital Transformation’s negative aspects’.

V. Noushad from Walkaroo International Pvt. Ltd, Prithivraj from The Coconut Company, and Santhos Premraj from Ticket 9 discussed on ‘Beyond MBA journey & Beyond borders – Global perspective and readiness to change’.

Anirudh Narayanan, CEO & Co-Founder of BNC Motors, Senthil Kumar, CEO & Founder of Coding Mart in Bangalore, and Senthil Kumar Balasubramanian, CEO of Vaag Systems discussed on ‘Vibrant India, a new era in Business utilizing Business Intelligence, AI, and more’.

Dr. C N Narayana, Director of SKI’s Schools of Management spoke about the theme of the conference.
Dr. K. Porkumaran, Principal, SKCET, Dr. Sumithra. M. G, Principal, SKCT and faculties from both institutions attended. More than 600 students pursuing management education from various institutions participated.
