Addressing students,Sujith Kumar highlighted the rapid transformation taking place in the global employment landscape due to Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital technologies.Opening his address with the striking observation, “The job you are preparing to join today will not be the same job that you will see after three years,” he urged students to prepare themselves for an ever-evolving workplace by continuously upgrading their skills.
He explained that while today’s generation enjoys unprecedented access to smartphones, social media, and AI-powered technologies, true success depends on learning how to use these tools productively rather than merely consuming them. He encouraged students to become creators of AI-driven solutions instead of simply working with existing technologies.
Sharing insights into the Information Technology sector,Sujith Kumar noted that leading companies, including TCS, Accenture, Zoho, Deloitte, IBM, and Cognizant, have significantly reduced recruitment despite achieving higher revenues.
