The Coimbatore chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) will organize the 7th Edition of Fairpro, beginning August 1. Nearly 70 real-estate companies are expected to participate in the three-day long property fair. The fair will be inaugurated by Coimbatore Mayor, P. Rajkumar. Corporation Commissioner, Vijaya Karthikeyan will be a special invitee.

Speaking to the media, Rajesh Lund, of CREDAI Coimbatore, said that all kinds of properties – residential apartments, villas, gated communities, row houses, retirement homes, as well as commercial properties – are on sale. Prices range from Rs.20 lakhs to Rs.3 crores.

Banking and non-banking financial institutions too will have their stalls set up at the fair.

Rajesh Lund is optimistic that the real-estate market will continue growing, especially since Coimbatore has been chosen as one of the Smart Cities in the country.
