Cash and camera stolen from home

Cash and properties worth Rs 63,000 were stolen from a house at Podanur here on Wednesday.

According to police, K.Senthilkumar (44) was asleep at his house in Gurusamy Pillai street in Podanur during the midnight on Wednesday. While waking up, he had found that some unknown culprits had broken into his house from the back door and had stolen a Nikon camera, 3 sovereign gold chain, one sovereign gold ring and Rs 18,000 in cash.

Based on a complaint given by Senthilkumar, the Podanur police have registered a case and are on the lookout for the culprits.
