Ooty : Joining issue with DMK President, M K Stalin for accusing AIADMK of corruption, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edapadi Palanisamy today hit back saying that the DMK’s was the only government which was dismissed on the charges of corruption.

In an election rally supporting party candidate, Thiagarajan in Nilgiris Lok Sabha constituency, Palanisamy said that the DMK was involved in 2G Scam and its candidate A Raja was an accused in it.

Both Raja and Kanimozhi will soon return back to jail, he said.

Contending that a good government was in place in Tamil Nadu, he pointed out that there was no power cut and more industries were coming to the State after the Global Investors meet.

Stalin, he said, was making allegations during election campaign only to garner votes while the AIADMK was highlighting the state government’s achievements.

Referring to Kodanadu murder issue, Palanisamy said that a video was out showing somebody bargaining with the key accused Sayan to link him in the case. “Let Stalin fight directly if he has guts,” he said.
