EO Coimbatore invites applications for global student entrepreneur awards

A global entrepreneurship event for students with business acumen is being organised by Entrepreneur’s Organisation. The Coimbatore leg of the event will be in January and to be held by the Coimbatore arm of EO.

Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) is the premier competition for students actively running a business. The nominees compete in qualifying contests to advance into the regional finals to be held in Bangladesh on February 9 the global finals in Toronto from April 14 to 17. With more than 1,700 competitors from more than 41 countries, EO GSEA is seen as an opportunity for student entrepreneurs to make connections, find resources and grow their businesses. The final prize money for the winner is $20,000. The age cap for contestants is 35 years. For further details visit www.gsea.org.

EO – Coimbatore chapter has 40 members into apparel or accessories, biotechnology, computer hardware and software, education and training, electronic services, food and beverages, health and medical services, investment services, jewellery, manufacturing, real estate and retail.
