Four Coimbatore students to represent India at world fencing championship

Four students from Coimbatore have been selected for the Indian fencing team that will participate in the Thailand Open Fencing Championship, beginning September 16. The championship will be held at Fashion Island, Bangkok.

Team manager, V Albert Premukumar, who is also the Director of Physical Education, Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), Coimbatore, said that the championship will end on September 22.

T Tamil Kani of the Government College of Technology, M Nivetha and N Sasikala of KCT, and A Balaji from PSG College of Technology are the students from Coimbatore were also part of the Indian team.
