A joint BBA course was introduced in the Sri Krishna Institute for International Studies here, in collaboration with Clayton State University, Atlanta, the U.S., on Wednesday.
Under the Plus-two format, those who join the course would study two years in the institute and another two years in Clayton University, with faculty of both sides teaching at both the Institutions, Avinandan Mukherjee, Dean, College of Business, Clayton State University, said on the sidelines of the launching of the course.
A total of 20 students have joined the course this year in the institute, which is the
first one in India to partner with Clayton, he said.
Stating that there would be exchange of faculty and students from both the institutes, Mukherjee said that the university had tied up with various institutes and 200 students from 12 countries had joined its MBA programme at the university.
With this collaboration, Indian students would have the opportunity of getting global
exposure and also opportunities to build their career in business management fields all over the world, Mukherjee said.
