Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital (KMCH) is organising the third hospital to organize 3rd edition of Kovai Heart Rhythm Summit ‘EP UPDATE 2018’ at The Residency Towers here on December 2. It is under the auspices of the cardiac pacing and electrophysiology do.

The full-day academic conference in the field of electrophysiology would cover ‘basics and beyond’ in the management of cardiac arrhythmias. The deliberations would shed light on the wide array of topics like management of slow heart rates, fast heart rates, sudden cardiac death prevention, newer advances in medical management of heart failure and device therapy for heart failure.

An academic event was held here earlier on cardiac arrhythmias, with a target audience of cardiologists, anaesthetists, critical care physicians and general physicians, according to organisers.They expect higher academic participation of more than 25 national faculties and academics.
