Launch of Charitham – The Career Studio Aims to Shape Future Careers of Students Coimbatore

Charitham -The Career Studio,a holistic career mentorship initiative tailored for high school students, was officially launched on October 21st Monday with the venue partner as PSG College of Technology. The event featured Dr JS Bhuvaneswaran, Director PSG Super speciality hospitals Coimbatore, as the chief guest. The event highlighted the importance of career guidance in shaping the future of young individuals.

The launch attracted over 150 students and teachers from 32 schools across Coimbatore, Tirupur, Pollachi, and Udumalpet. Following the inauguration, a career enlightenment symposium was held, featuring a panel of experts from PSG College of Technology, PSG Super Specialty Hospitals, PSG College of Arts and Science, PSG Institute of Management, YS Academy, ARA Academy, and Cluster Media. These professionals provided valuable insights and addressed students’ queries about various academic and career pathways, fostering an environment of learning and exploration.
Founded in 2017, Charitham employs a unique, research-based career mapping process specifically designed for high school students. Over 1,000 children have benefitted from this initiative, with many reporting high levels of satisfaction in both their academic pursuits and professional placements.
