When you decide to eat out with your friends and family, you have to make some very difficult choices – should it be north Indian, fast food, continental, or just a light meal? Then, there is the question of where to eat. How about a place that offers all these cuisines under one roof? That is the concept of the newly-launched Gravy Y Caramel.

This multi-cuisine restaurant offers its guests almost any dish that one can dream of. “Our menu is globally inspired. Through Gravy Y Caramel we are presenting the most favourite food and desserts of 7.2 billion people from 257 different countries including India, Jeevanand M, Operation Manager, Gravy Y Caramel, says.

As we enter the premises, a lush green lawn welcomes us. We are shown our way to our table. The interiors are simple yet classy, perfect and neat. Yellow is the dominant colour here – on the walls and on the menu card, which looks more like a mini-book. We call for their surprise salad. It was a surprise indeed! It is the right mix of cream with a little spice mixed with lettuce, chicken, bell pepper and apple. Next, we are served the olive oil based Greek Wrap which includes ingredients like cucumber, tomato, olives and feta cheese.

From their kebab studio we decided to try their Hyderabadi Panner Tikka and their Mutton Sheekh Kabab. We are told that kebabs are served with Murgh biryani, Indian breads and Murgh khorma. We also try their Fettucinni Pasta with Peesto Safron Sauce. This one is the perfect choice for seafood lovers. It is filling and healthy too. Having eaten a good heavy meal we decided to give their regular desserts a break and we opt for their Lemon ice tea.

Gravy Y Caramel is located on Puliyakulam Road. This multi-cuisine restaurant measuring 2,000 sq feet can accommodate 50 people at one go. The restaurant is open on all days from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Door delivery is offered for a limited radius.
