Speaking to the successful candidates, M.Vellaipandi said that India expects great things from its youth, and he urged them all to harness the excellence and potential that is already present in them.

He opined that graduates who have begun their career should keep pace with the changing technologies as it would help them stay ahead in their work. Those who are aspiring to pursue higher education should give a deep thought about the outcome they want through higher studies.

The Chief Guest motivated those who are aiming to take part in Civil Service as bureaucrats and give their continuous efforts. He wanted them not to worry about failures or any experiences that they have come across in the past. “Bitter experience is a lesson. It should mold you to become a better person,” he opined. He wanted them all to make an indelible contribution to India.

The Chief Guest then gave away the degree certificates to 902 successful candidates (780 UG and 122 PG) and awards to rank holders.
