The QS BRICS University rankings have been released on the official website. To our surprise, six universities including IITs and IISc Bangalore have made it to top 25 universities.
The QS BRICS University rankings have been released on the official website. To our surprise, six universities of India including IITs and IISc Bangalore have made it to top 25 universities.
Launched in 2013, the QS BRICS university rankings is an annual ranking of the top universities in the five BRICS countries — Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. It features 300 top universities from five countries.
The first rank has been secured by Tsinghua University, while the second position was grabbed by Peking University. Fudan University is at the third spot.

Rank 9: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB)
Rank 10: Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore
Rank 17: Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD)
Rank 18: Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM)
Rank 21: Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK)
Rank 24: Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT-KGP)
