1. Move

According to Healthline, the more active you are, the higher your metabolic rate. So make it a point to stay active. Especially if you have a desk job, try and get in as much physical activity as possible by using the stairs, going for a short walk every couple of hours, standing up often and dedicating time to exercise.

2. Build Muscle
