Ingredients Of Bhuna Mushroom (My Yellow Table)
250 gms button mushroom
250 gms black fungus
250 gms white fungus
250 gms shiitake mushrooms
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1 tomato
1 medium piece ginger
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp shahi jeera
200 gms butter
1 Tbsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp dhaniya powder
1 Tbsp cashew paste
Salt
How to Make Bhuna Mushroom (My Yellow Table)
1.Boil shiitake mushrooms.
2.Heat oil in a pan.
3.Add shahi jeera, chopped onion, ginger, garlic & green chillies and butter.
4.Add button mushrooms & sliced shiitake mushrooms.
5.Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt & chopped tomatoes.
6.Add water used to boil shiitake mushrooms & cashew paste.
7.Add black & white fungus
