How to Make Tiffin Chicken

1.In a thick frying pan, heat ghee.

2.Add cumin seeds, onions, garlic, ginger and green chilies. Also add sliced onions and sliced capsicums.

3.Add chopped tomato, tomato puree and all the powder spices.

4.Add slices of chicken and toss well. Cook on slow fire for 5 to7 minutes.

5.Add chopped coriander at the end.

6.When cooked, take 2 tiered Tiffin, put ready chicken in one box of tiffin and ajwaini tawa paratha in the other.

7.Serve hot.

Key Ingredients: Ghee (enough for frying), Cumin seeds, Onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, Capsicum slices, tomatoes, Tomato puree, Cumin powder, Coriander Powder, Kastoori methi powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, Garam masala powder, Boneless chicken slices, Coriander

Ghee (enough for frying)
A pinch of Cumin seeds
150 gm (Chopped and slices) Onions
20 Gram garlic
20 Gram ginger
1 tsp green chilies
120 Gram Capsicum slices
300 Gram tomatoes
6.5 Tbsp Tomato puree
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kastoori methi powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
½ Kg Boneless chicken slices
2 tsp Coriander
