A blind student from Amma IAS academy passes with an All India Rank of 286

Poorna Sundhari, a blind student from Madurai had created a record by passing the civil services exam with an All India Rank of 286. She had received coaching at the Amma IAS academy in Coimbatore and was congratulated by Minister of Municipal Administration, S.P.Velumani for her achievement.
