Coimbatore: Constable attached to Railway Protection Force (RPF) died of massive cardiac arrest, at Mettupalayam Railway Station today.

The 45-year old Praveen Kumar was streamlining the queue for the Heritage Nilgiris Mountain Rail going to Coonoor this morning and suddenly swooned following chest pain, police said.

Praveenkumar, hailing from Palakkad in neighbouring Kerala was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where the doctors attending declared him dead, they said.
