Two boys drown to death near Avanashi

Two boys were drowned in a pond in a village near Tirupur district, when they had gone to take bath today.
The boys, 12-year-old Ashwinkumar, and nine-year-old Gopikrishnan, tried to take bath in the pond in Periyayipalayam near Avanashi this afternoon. The boys did not know swimming and both met with watery grave.
Police have registered a case and investigations are on.
