“I have just taken a break and as such there is no other problem,” Divyadharshini Neelakandan, popularly known as DD, said when asked about her absence from her TV program and the speculation around it.

She further added, “I will soon be doing a show on Vijay TV itself.”

DD, a well-known anchor for Vijay TV, was in the city to inaugurate Elixir, a first-of-its-kind beauty salon cum clinic in R S Puram.

“It is just the beginning and I am sure Shalini will come up with more branches in the city,” DD said on behalf of Shalini, the owner of Elixir, to a question asked by the media about other branches.
